Why RadiusQ Brokers
We have no book
to clear.
Independent brokerage. Global reach. Trusted relationships.
We hold no position in the cargo and no position in the freight. There is no inventory to move and no exposure to unwind, which means the only outcome we are working towards on any mandate is yours.
Where We Sit
Between the two sides. On neither.
An intermediary who also trades on their own account has a second interest in every deal they show you. We do not trade a book. RadiusQ Brokers is paid on completion, by prior agreement, and takes title to nothing.

Shipowners & operators
The freight leg runs through the same desk, so the vessel and the cargo are arranged against one another rather than in sequence.
What Sets Us Apart
Four reasons clients come back.
Independent
We act for the mandate, not for a position. No proprietary book, no inventory, and no interest in which direction the price moves after you have traded.
Global Network
Producers, traders, refiners, shipowners and end-buyers across four markets. Relationships built to be used more than once, not contacts collected at a conference.
Market Expertise
Sector knowledge across energy, mining, renewables and shipping, and desks aligned to the hours those markets actually trade — so the read behind an introduction is informed rather than optimistic.
Discretion & Trust
Enquiries stay confidential. We can test the market on your behalf without revealing who is behind the requirement until you decide the time is right to be named.
Working With Us
What you can expect.
Brokerage runs on trust long before it runs on contracts. These are the working commitments we make at the start of every mandate.
Markets do not wait for internal process. Enquiries are answered while the price they relate to is still live.
One broker owns your mandate from first enquiry through to settlement, rather than passing it between desks.
We approach counterparties on an unnamed basis as standard. Your position is disclosed only with your agreement.
You will know what our involvement costs, and on what basis it becomes payable, before any approach is made.
Questions clients ask us first
That we never sit on the other side of your trade. We hold no proprietary book and no inventory, so there is no position of ours that your deal helps or hurts. Our interest begins and ends with the transaction completing on terms you are happy with.
Yes. We are paid on completion, so declining to push a weak trade costs us in the short term. It is still the right advice, and a mandate that should not have been done is the fastest way to lose a client for good.
By approaching counterparties without naming you. The market learns that a requirement exists, not who holds it — which matters when showing your hand would move the price against you.
We work across the market, which is what makes the network worth having. What we do not do is carry information between clients. Enquiries, volumes and pricing discussed with us stay with us.
Most brokerage relationships are worth more in their third year than their first, because we learn what you can perform on and which counterparties suit you. We are building for repeat business, not a single fee.
Our commitment
Transparent advice even when it costs us the deal. Reliable execution once terms are agreed. Consistent results across the relationship rather than a strong first impression.
Your success is what brings the next mandate through the door.
